I serve as a neutral mediator and arbitrator. I assist parties in resolving business, commercial, employment, estate and probate, and other civil disputes through practical, well-prepared, and constructive processes.

My background includes extensive work as an attorney including business transactions, business litigation, employment, and estate planning. That experience provides a working understanding of the legal, financial, and personal considerations that often shape disputes and settlement decisions.

Extensive mediation and arbitration training complements years of legal experience. Besides listing on the general civil mediation panels in Jackson, Washtenaw, and Ingham Counties, I am on the panel of FINRA arbitrators. I also mediate matters as a volunteer through the Southeastern Dispute Resolution Service and the Resolution Services Center of Central Michigan.
